Please note that the surgery will be closed on Monday 5th May 2025, re-opening at 8.00 am on Tuesday 6th May 2025.

During this time our telephones will be transferred to our Out of Hours Service for those patients who have problems that cannot wait until Tuesday.

*** Please do not attend A&E during our closure unless you have a serious accident, or health emergency ***

If you have a minor injury as the result of an accident please attend the Minor Injuries Clinic, Samuel Johnson Hospital, Lichfield.

Please ring 111 for advice and to be directed to the most appropriate service for your needs.

May we politely ask that if your issue isn’t urgent that you do not call us on Tuesday morning to allow us to deal with poorly patients who may need an urgent appointment.
