Down’s Syndrome Forum

The Autumn meeting of the Down’s Syndrome Forum will be held on Monday 10th November, at 12pm, at the Wolseley Centre, ST17 0WT.

Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent ICB (Integrated Care Board) would like to invite people with Down’s syndrome and their parents and carers to join us.

The Forum is an opportunity to meet other people with Down’s syndrome, their parents or carers, and professionals who want to improve health, social care, employment and housing services, for people with Down’s syndrome, in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.

It will be an informal, social meeting with a light lunch. There will also be a fun activity at the end of the session.
