Friends and Family Test Results – November 2025

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a feedback tool asking patients, carers, and families how likely they’d recommend an NHS service, using a simple “how likely are you to recommend us?”

question to gauge overall experience and drive improvements, identifying strengths and weaknesses across most NHS services like hospitals, GPs, and mental health care.

It’s a quick, often anonymous, way to give feedback, with results published to stimulate changes and support patient choice, making it a significant source of patient opinion globally.
