Patient Access saves a call to our Reception Team.
Appointments are available through the usual methods:
* By ringing our appointment booking line,
* By booking appointments online via PATIENT ACCESS.
Registration for PATIENT ACCESS is very simple; please speak to any member of our Team who will be able to organise this for you.
Once registered with PATIENT ACCESS you will have access to available appointments with GPs, our Nurse Practitioner/Urgent Care Practitioner, and our Phlebotomist.
(Due to the varied nature of Practice Nurse appointments, we are unable to offer these online at present).
You will also be able to request your repeat medication.

PATIENT ACCESS isn’t for everyone, but many of our patients find this option to be very useful and time saving. We encourage you to give it a try.
If you have given a member of your family consent to discuss your medical record with our Team, we are able to set up a proxy access account to allow them to access PATIENT ACCESS on your behalf.
