All local GP Practices in the area are closed for training on one afternoon each month.
This allows the clinical team to attend centralised training.
The dates are displayed in our Waiting Area, behind our Reception Desk and on our Website page.
At 12.30 pm on the PLT (Protected Learning Time) afternoon, telephones are automatically transferred to our Out of Hours Service.
