The high number of DNAs (did not attend appointment) for October 2023, relates in part to patients who failed to attend their Annual Review appointments.
Often, Annual Review appointments can be 30 or 40 minutes long, meaning that 3 or 4 appointment slots are lost rather than just 1.
Please make every effort to attend your pre-arranged Annual Review appointment, or let surgery staff know so that we can offer the appointments to another patient.
