Repeat Prescriptions

For safety reasons we are unable to accept requests for repeat prescriptions via telephone.

Please do not ask the receptionist to do this as a refusal may offend.

The receptionists are obliged to follow the agreed Practice Policy.

There are several methods in which to request your repeat medication:

***Tick your repeat slip (provided by your chemist when you last collected your prescription), indicating which medication is required, and post the slip into the box adjacent to our Reception Desk.

If you do not have the repeat slip, we provide blank forms next to the post box, for you to enter the names of your medication.

***Ask your usual chemist if they can request your prescription directly from us when it becomes due.

***Request your repeat medication via your online account – PATIENT ACCESS. Please speak to any member of our Team if you would like to be registered with PATIENT ACCESS.
