Call Wait Times

Our call wait times have improved dramatically over the last few months.

To illustrate this, I have collated recent information, and I will continue to do this going forward.

You will notice that if there is a long wait, this is not for a long period of time. The Reception Team are able to monitor call wait times throughout the day, and if they see them rise they will leave other tasks to pick up calls to bring the wait time down.

Please share this information, as I understand that some patients still believe our wait times to be lengthy.

Our staff will always treat you with respect; may we ask that you afford us the same courtesy 🙂

As a direct result of abuse towards staff – particularly our receptionists – we have struggled to recruit to the Team, and to retain staff once recruited to the role.

We currently have a strong, friendly, hard-working team of receptionists; this has had a direct, positive impact on reducing call wait times. May I ask that you treat our receptionists with respect at all times.
