The ICB is keen to hear from patients and service-users registered with all GP practices across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. We have been working with our third-party supplier, Direct Data Analysis, to promote the People’s Panel and increase membership, while ensuring the panel is balanced and reflective of our communities and population.
We’ve already seen an increase in membership as a result of the recruitment activity, with 39 GP practices already sharing information about the panel to their PPG and registered patients, but we know we are not hearing from as many people as we could. The insights your patients give us about health and care services in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent will help to shape services and inform decision-making.
The ICB’s People’s Panel is our specially selected panel of local people who are at the heart of helping us to achieve our vision to make Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent the healthiest places to live and work in England. The panel is digital only and members will be asked to complete short surveys to help us understand views about health services and people’s experiences when accessing health care.
